What forms of payment do you accept?
HEL MORT® typically accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases on partner stores; however, the specific options available may vary depending on the collaborating company and their internal website and shop rules.
For Customized Order Art goods, direct payment is accepted through official HEL MORT® PayPal or Wise profiles, or via bank transfer.
The billing address must match the information associated with the payment method when placing an order. In the event of a payment refusal, please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance.
Please note that HELMORT.com currently does not support gift cards as a form of payment.
Is it possible to use multiple methods of payment for a single purchase?
Currently, HEL MORT® accepts only a single form of payment per order. The specific payment options available may vary based on the partner shop website you are utilizing.
When will my payment be processed for my purchase?
Most goods (excluding Customized Order Art for personalized items) will not be charged until the order is shipped. Once an order is placed, the partner shop websites will authorize full payment and prepare the product for dispatch. The full payment will be charged once the order is sent. It is important to note that these policies may vary depending on the specific partner website.
For Customized Order Art items that involve personalization, full payment is required at the time of purchase. After placing an order on HELMORT.com, HEL MORT® Client Services will contact you to confirm the order details and process the payment.
Is VAT included in the final price and how can I obtain a VAT refund?
All prices displayed on HELMORT.com are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that tax refunds for purchases made on HELMORT.com are not available at this time.
Do you accept gift cards as a form of payment?
At this time, the acceptance of gift cards is not available on HELMORT.com. However, it is advised to check the respective partner store websites, as they may offer this payment option.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Please contact the support team of the partner website shop as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order. They will make their best efforts to accommodate your request, but they cannot guarantee the possibility of altering an order once it has been submitted. Once an order has been processed, it may not be cancelled or amended, and the item cannot be returned in accordance with HEL MORT®’s online return policy.
Once a Customized Order Art for a personalized item has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. These items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
My order was declined, do I need to place a new order?
If you have received an email from the partner website shops informing you of the cancellation of your order, please proceed to place a new order online or contact them directly for further assistance.
