What forms of payment do you accept?
HEL MORT® typically accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases on our partner stores; however, the specific options available may vary depending on the company we are working with and the internal rules of their websites and shops.

HEL MORT® accepts direct payment through our official PayPal or Wise profiles, or by bank transfer only for Customized Order Art goods.
Your billing address must match the information associated with your payment method when placing an order. If your payment is refused, please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance.
Please note that HELMORT.com does not currently accept gift cards as a form of payment.
Is it possible to use multiple methods of payment for a single purchase?
At this time, we only accept one form of payment per order. The available payment options may vary depending on the partner shop website you are using.
When will my payment be processed for my purchase?
You will not be charged for most goods (excluding Customized Order Art for personalized items) until your order is shipped. After you place your order, our partner shop websites will authorize full payment and prepare your product for dispatch. You will be charged in full once your order is sent. Please note that these rules may vary depending on the policies of each partner website.
Customized Order Art for personalized items must be paid in full at the time of purchase. After your order is received on HELMORT.com, HEL MORT® Client Services will contact you to confirm the order and process the payment.
Is VAT included in the final price and how can I obtain a VAT refund?
All prices include VAT. At this time, we are unable to provide tax refunds for purchases made on HELMORT.com.
Do you accept gift cards as a form of payment?
At this time, we do not accept gift cards on HELMORT.com. However, this option may be available on some of our partner store websites.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Please contact our partner website shop support as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order. They will do their best to accommodate your request, but they cannot guarantee that your order can be altered once it has been submitted. Orders that have been processed may not be cancelled or amended, and you may not return your item in accordance with HEL MORT®’s online return policy.
Once a Customized Order Art for a personalized item has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
My order was declined, do I need to place a new order?
If you have received an email from our partner website shops informing you that your order has been cancelled, please place a new order online or contact them for assistance.
