Shipping & Delivery
What shipping options are currently available, and what are the corresponding fees?
Please adhere to the shipping instructions provided by partner website stores for items purchased from them. When ordering Customized Order Art directly from HEL MORT®, note that shipping originates from Italy and complies with Italian shipping regulations. Order processing occurs from Monday to Friday, excluding Italian holidays (January 1 and 6, Easter Monday, April 25, May 1, June 2, August 15, November 1, December 8, 25, and 26).
The estimated delivery time begins from the moment the order is shipped, rather than when it is placed.
Shipping service and associated fees may vary depending on the selected shipping service during the order process. The aim is to identify the quickest and most secure shipping method available. Be aware that current Italian government regulations regarding artwork protection may cause delays in shipping to countries outside the EU zone.
Upon handing the order to the courier, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing delivery details. It’s important to note that any unforeseen delays beyond control are not the responsibility of HEL MORT®.
Deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Unfortunately, Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not feasible. An adult signature will be required upon delivery.
How can I track the status of my order?
After your item has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to track your order with the designated carrier.
Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?
For security reasons, a signature from an adult is required upon delivery.
Can I change the shipping address for my order?
If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after placing your order, please contact HEL MORT® as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, the shipping information, including the delivery address, cannot be modified.
