Shipping & Delivery
What shipping options are available and what are the associated fees?
Please adhere to the shipping instructions provided by partner website stores for items purchased from them. In the case of ordering a Customized Order Art directly from HEL MORT®, please note that the shipping will originate from Italy and will comply with Italian shipping regulations. Our order processing takes place from Monday to Friday, excluding Italian holidays (January 1 and 6, Easter Monday, April 25, May 1, June 2, August 15, November 1, December 8, 25, and 26).
The estimated delivery time commences from the moment your order is shipped, rather than when it is placed.
The shipping service and associated fees may vary depending on the selected shipping service during the order process. Our aim is to identify the quickest and most secure shipping method available. Please be aware that current Italian government regulations pertaining to artwork protection may cause delays in shipping to countries outside the EU zone.
Upon handing your order to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing delivery details. It is important to note that any unforeseen delays beyond our control are not the responsibility of HEL MORT®.
Deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Unfortunately, Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not feasible. An adult signature will be required upon delivery.
How can I track the status of my order?
Upon the shipment of your item, a confirmation email will be sent to you, containing a link to track your order through the designated carrier.
Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?
For security reasons, a signature from an adult is required upon delivery.
Can I change the shipping address for my order?
If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after placing your order, please contact HEL MORT® as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, the shipping information, including the delivery address, cannot be modified.
Is it possible to ship to multiple addresses?
Currently, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
